My complaint:
I purchased a pack of Moonlight runner beans and sowed 32 in root trainers. Only one came up. I also sowed peas and French beans in the same conditions and had good gernination from them.
I then purchased a pack of Suttons mixed runner beans – Moonlight, Firestorm and Tenderstar and sowed a futher 20 seeds in pots. 9 came up, but they look stunted and unhappy, in contrast to the Scarlet Emperor seeds (left over from last year) that I sowed in the same way at the same time, which almost all came up and look healthy.
Suggested solution:
I would like a voucher for seeds to replace nearly £6 spent on runner bean seeds that were no good.
