My complaint:
I ordered some red hot poker plants When they arrived 1 had lost their leaves the rest were tiny.
I have potted them on but only 1 looks as if it may survive; I appreciate these were not expensive but compared with other mail order plants there should never have been sent until you could at least see the leaves
Most disappointed
Suggested solution:
Either send some that have some chance of surviving or refund
