My complaint:
SurveyMonkey withheld real-time notification of survey responses and facilitated a dump of 3000 survey responses on Saturday, 1212023, Sunday, 1222023 and Monday, 1232023. The withholding of 3000 survey responses prevented the management of the research project which incentivized the completion of a survey and exceeded the budget for the excessive number of responses.
Suggested solution:
SurveyMonkey needs to pay the incentives offered to survey participants over the amount that was budgeted for the project
