My complaint:
I signed up for survery monkey on 11-10-2023. After reviewing the plans I when with a play that would charge a mthly fee. It had the pricing for mthly charges and underneath it had annual charge. I would not and did not want to sign up for an annual plans. When I discovered this I emailed their contact support on 11/11 a less than 24 hours of signing up. I have emailed the contact again and still not heard from the company. This is very misleading and basically lying to customers when signing up

Refund of annual fee minus 1 month charge
