My complaint:
I paid on the 11 April around 316 USD – paid in forex in ZAR. It was taken from my credit card. The bank cannot refund me and Survey Monkey claim they don’t have the money. So effectively they have my money and I can do nothing about it. This is theft!
Suggested solution:
Refund my money! I have lost confidence in them as a company. I do not want to use their product either anymore! I just want my money back and I will walk away!
