Supersonic Fibre complaint: No Customer Service

My complaint:

I have applied for this service to be installed on 20220117. My payment went through and the documents etc. were uploaded and accepted. My problem is that for some reason the bank verification is not being successful. I have emailed Supersonic approximately 6 times with NO feedback. I have phoned them on numerous ocassions and no one is able to assist me.

Suggested solution:

Either deliver the wifi unit or cancel my order and refund me if they are not able to deliver.
