My complaint:
We applied for a fibre line to be installed late 2020. The Technician from Frogfoot arrived in December 2020 to connect the line, BUT there was no installation done for a router beforehand. Since then, no other tecehnician ever contacted us to do the router installation!
Now, we are being billed for a service line that was never installed!
We have been contacting Supersonic since we received the first invoices in September 2021, to resolve the issue, but even with a case number, this matter is still not resolved. Now the invoicing keeps running since September 2021, causing a negative credit score for us!?!
Suggested solution:
Either the installation must be completed, and we will pay for the use of the service from actual installation, OR
The account must be credited and closed and ed in writing thereof.
