My complaint:
I made a reservation to stay at this location and it endes up being for 2 days later so I paid 85 dollars for a room. So as I was there I noticed the ac was taking a numerous amount of time to chill room. Around 1130 pm I went to office and there was a sign Be back in 10 minutes. So I got my thermometer and it was a scorching 90 to 85 degrees all night causing me no comfortable sleep at all. Upon numerous trips back to office to complain an get another room if possible the sign stayed there and after 5 a.m I gave up. I an livid about the whole ordeal and even more upset about the unruly knock at check out time along with the attitude from the little attendant from front desk. I’m canceling reservation with hopes of being about to get my refund that I’m not suppose to be able to get back
Suggested solution:
I want to be fully refunded for my stay of no rest and refunded for my reservation
