My complaint:
I have used sunbeam bread all my life. It was soft and delicious but the quality of your bread has gone down hill. I might as well by the store brand. That us what it taste like now. Full of air whole and no longer good for sandwiches. It doesn’t stay fresh and don’t think it is worth the extra money anymore. You need to go back and fix the problem. I don’t complain about food very often but this is something that really upset me. A lot of my friends feel the same way.
Suggested solution:
Go back to making the bread with the same ingredients or back to the method you used to use.
What ever you changed it sucks.
