Subway complaint: Would not issue refund

My complaint:

I ordered online not realizing there were 2 subway stores on Folsom and we made the order twice on accident and went to the store we paid to get a refund since we never even received or saw any food (I have video evidence of our entire visit). The employee barely spoke English and put us on the phone with her boss who we could barely understand but thought about a half an hour of reasoning with him he just told us he could do nothing for us and wanted us to leave so we left without the food but asked the employee to sign off saying she never gave us the food. Now we basically got robbed for 50$ and went to taco bell. Very frustrating especially after working for subway for over 4 years myself.

Suggested solution:

They should refund us for the food we never got and didn't want in the first place.
