My complaint:
I have an issue with how my manager is paying me and my husband. We had to go through two robberies and working our asses off to get to the pay we are at and now he is starting the newbies at 9 dollars an hour. Is there a way to fix this because it is unfair?
Suggested solution:
Make our manager give us a raise because we have been with him for 4 and 5 years and couldn't get a raise just because we were working hard
