My complaint:

Just received your latest coupons so took my family of four for a quick lunch. We ordered and when we went to pay, the employee stated that he could not honor the valid coupons on instructions from his boss.I had to pay almost twice as much.

Suggested solution:

You should honor your coupons that I am certain you paid to deliver in the latest home mailings. An explanation of refusal to not accept coupons would be in order.
