Subway complaint: coupons not honored

My complaint:

Yesterday 1-30-21 I stopped at subway with a coupon for buy one footlong get one free. The employee told me that she couldnt scan the coupon. the coupon expires on 2-19-21. She didnt care. A man came in from the back and said same thing. I told them I was going to report them and left.
Today 1-31-21 I stopped there again. They have a big sign on window that says 2 footlong for 12 dollars all day on Sundays. Same girl from yesterday told me that I could not get 2 footlong because that sign was only good in the summer time. I told her that she needs to take the sign down and that I was going to report her. I buy veggie delite subs and they are $6.06 each. I also told her that I would be back in the summer time. I live 2 blocks away from this particular store.

Suggested solution:

Yesterday they should have the subway coupon and today they should have given me 2 footlong subs for $12 dollars like the sign says.This employees here seem to want to take advantage of the customers in this predomatly Hispanic neighborhood.
