My complaint:
I went to the drive through at the Sullivan, IL Subway tonight. I order double meat on my sandwich and for the second time, did not get double meat. In fact, there wasn’t really single meat on it. Half of the sandwich on had a thin slice. They left off the condiments and the sandwich was subpar. The other problem was that the boy who made the sandwich was not wearing a mask. I am 60, and I don’t want Covid.
Suggested solution:
Make sure the young workers are trained properly. It would be helpful if they repeated the order so they wouldn't get it wrong all the time. Masks in a restaurant should be mandatory during this pandemic. The young workers need to be trained to be more professional. This particular Subway seems to be very inconsistent. Sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's very bad. This was a bad night.
