My complaint:
Went to order 2 for $10 subs. The manager said only on line orders , explained that other subway stores where skipping that and taking the orders directly. Manager said that not at this location, I them placed the order through the app as asked and asked if I could skip customizing it and just tell the clerk my choices, and the clerk replayed yes (not the manager) however the clerk forgot to wait for us to customize the subs and at that point the manager didnt want to hear our side and said that we didn’t tell her Anything, ( we told the other clerk and she said that it was OK to do it) I asked for the manager and she replyed that she was it. I asked for her name… she refused to give it. I asked for the name and phone number of her superior and again she refused. I believe her name is Julia.again she escalated the situation instead of trying to resolve our complaint.
Suggested solution:
Better training in listening to the customer before making her decision.
