My complaint:

ORDER BD246496-6E

I went to place order online, when I realized that I couldn’t use coupon, I tried to back out. Your app wouldn’t let me, then I didn’t get option to order the third footing for free. I tried to just get the third for o charge at store and supervisor told me I had to for complaint with you.

So your app stinks!
