My complaint:

Ive gone to subway on several occasions and I tell them I have rewards on my card. They look at the screen and pretend to give me the rewards I look at the receipt afterward and the rewards are not used and still on my card. This is the manager of the store mind you and she dont know how to redeem the rewards for customers. Ive gone there when I had 2 dollars on there. Then when I had 4 on there today now its up to 6 dollars and I’m tired of them not using it especially when I tell them its on there.

Suggested solution:

Teach all employees including the managers how to correctly use the rewards card and redeem the rewards towards the bill. I now have 6 dollars in rewards and hope i dont lose them by the time I go back to subway. Its getting old.
