Subway complaint: Not what we ordered

My complaint:

Placed a Door Dash order. Wanted both sandwiches toasted but ice cold bread. My chicken teriyaki meat was ice cold. Our steak and cheese the meat was iced cold cheese wasnt even melted.

Suggested solution:

Return the $21 for the order which included tip and delivery.

Your lazy ass could have went to Subway yourself to get your bread toasted, and that’s messed up that you want to refund the driver’s tip (and delivery fee, WTF! get off your ass and deliver your own damn sandwich). Why is it messed up? BECAUSE YOUR DRIVER JUST PICKS UP THE FOOD & DELIVERS IT TO YOU, SO NONE OF THIS IS THEIR FAULT. Your delivery driver did you a favor by bringing your food to you.
