Subway complaint: Subway de-activates a customers Gift Card without warrant

My complaint:

I have over $200 on Subway gift card ending in 1325. When a Subway customer makes balance transfers within their Gift Card account. Subway takes it upon themselves to remove the Gift Card completely. This is not something that is considerate or sensible. Taking away from the customer what belongs to them. Subway is the only restaurant I have encountered something like this. I have sent more than one email contact via the Subway website. I have done this numerous times over that past week or so. I have not received a response at all. I came across the name CEO, Suzanne Greco through a Google search. This person needs to be informed concerning this.

Suggested solution:

The Gift Card needs to be put back on my Subway account. They have done this more than one time before. This is something that needs to cease (change).
