My complaint:
I went to my local Subway store located in Raymore Missouri to place an order I attempted to place on my Subway App which was not working I was trying to buy the 2 subs for 5 footlongs. When I told the store the app was not working and asked if they would honor the promo anyway they said the were instructed not to do so. I think it is poor customer service to punish the consumer for problems with your systems.
Suggested solution:
I think if the app is not working correctly which the clerk says was frequently the promo should be honored in the store. I think I should receive the promotion as advertised.
