My complaint:

WENT TO THID LOCATION ASSOCIATE WAS A FEMALE WAS PLAYING IN A RUDE MANNER AND PLAYING AN ATTITUDE OF NOT MEETING CUDTOMERS NEEDS AND COMMUNICATING BACK IN AN UNFRIENDLY WAY. WANTED TO BUY TWO SUBS AND THE SUB WERE BAKED RESH AND ASKED FOR THOSE IF POSSIBLE SHE KEEPS REPEATING SHE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND. THE ASSOCIATE WAS A FEMALE.SHE APPEARED TO WANT TO CONTROL THE CUSTOMER. THE MALE ASSOCIATE WAS CURTEOUS A GENTLEMAN AND NO COMPLAINT HERE.FINALLY HAD TO LEAVE WITHOUT ANY BUYS. THIS IS FOR YOUR INFO. NEVER HAD ANY INCIDENT BEFORE AT SUBWAY BEFORE.

Suggested solution:

NEED TO TRAIN THEM TO APPRECIATE THEIR JOB HOWEVER SMALL IT IS DND NOT COME THERE TO COMPLETE THE HOURS.
REMIND THEM YOU HAVE A JOB IF YOUU HAVE CUSTOMERS
I HAVE WORKD IN SIMILAR JOB IN THE PAST AND I WAS TRAINED IN THE THREE RULES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE RULE 1 THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT RULE 2 CUSTOMER IS NEVER WRONG RULE 3 IF THE CUSTOMER IS WRONG REFER BCK TO RULE 1 TIME OF INCIDENT 1245 PM 0N SUNDAY 2021
