My complaint:
I went to the Subway at 324 NE 72nd St, Gladstone, MO 64118 this morning at 10:00 to order a sandwich. The woman taking orders at the register was unbelievably unsuitable for the job. She appeared to be in charge. Unfortunately, I did not get her name because she was screaming at me the entire time I was trying to order and get a sandwich and I was very upset about this treatment. She was large and had long brown hair. She was not only screaming but when I mentioned I could not hear her, she started talking louder and faster. I know I should have left the store but I told her what sandwich I wanted and moved on to the person making the sandwich. The woman making the sandwich was polite and asked me what I wanted on the sandwich. The person at the register started yelling at her and told her not to give me options but to make the formula. The sandwich maker continued to try to make the sandwich and the woman at the register kept yelling at her. I got a sandwich with no formula and nothing I requested to be put on it. I hate this. What kind of person treats customers like this?
