My complaint:

I ordered two footlongs at this restaurant today online and when I arrived, they never heard of my order, They even called the other Roswell store, no help. You took my money via a credit card, I drove out there and nothing. Very disappointing. No one called about it. I have no idea what happened,

Suggested solution:

Certainly, I expect my $10.75 back. A free sandwich wouldn't hurt my feeelings.
