Subway complaint: Several Issues Unresolved

My complaint:

We have emailed and called and complained on several, several occasions and all they said was contact the manager at this location. The manager is the biggest laziest and rudest person I believe i have ever met. They constantly screw up our orders, Just recently on 31 Oct, 2021 we placed an order online, we paid for it and our pick up time was 920 PM. I guess they decided that we were not of any kind of value but our money was and closed early, the lady at the 711 said they left at 8 pm so why was the site to order still open, the sign on the door says open till 10 pm. we have called constantly to the store and no one answers, we have been to the store and the manager is conveintely not there. When is this company going to start handling there buisiness. This by far is the worst store in the history of fast food

Suggested solution:

Fix the issue with rude and disrespectful employees, And return our money for which we never recieved product
