My complaint:

I started working for subway store number 19613 in May. I’ve worked exceptionally hard there for 5 to 6 months. My former manager Sylvia peer wrote me up for being sick and having to go home after working 4 hours of my shift. I recently caught the stomach flu and had to call out of work, I have a doctors excuse for it as well. When I called to tell her she said and I quote “ I’ve already wrote you up and sent it to Jared (the district manager) and we’re gonna figure out what to do with you, I don’t care if what you have don’t come in work”. Then she hung up in my face and changed my schedule hours to where I didn’t work at all the next week. When it came time for the new schedule to come out I did not get one. I’ve assumed that I’ve fired or laid off. I was never informed by anyone of what wasis to happen with my job. I was wrote up for non-sense. I do not want my job back at subway with a manager who acts very unprofessional and intolerable. On the other hand if this issue is not solved in due time I will call and complain to whoever I need to and I WILL sue! This is completely unacceptable behavior from my manager.
