My complaint:
I arrived at the store exactly 6:30 PM and both the workers were not at the station and they took 3 mins to come to the serving station. When I tried to place the order, they refused to honor the $5 promotional deal saying that I am late by 3 mins.
Suggested solution:
The workers should be trained to not to do this in the future.
Subway should send 2 “foot long” roast oven chicken sandwich to my home.
