My complaint:
since when do yall condone rudeness of a person making our sandwiches? Because she was so rude (right at opening time) I took my biz elsewhere.
Suggested solution:
someone from your customer service department should acknowledge PERSONALLY that u do NOT ALLOW this kind of behavior and that she will be at the VERY LEAST disciplined for it
