My complaint:

I ordered my Subway online through the app as usual. I work next door to Subway and so normally I walk over and pick it up. Today the lobby was closed due to Covid (has been open all summer). I called to ask about how I was able to pick it up as I am at work and can’t take my car through the drive through. Over the phone all they said was “yeah our lobby is closed”. I walked through the drive through and was told I can’t do that. I explained the situation and they rolled their eyes at me. I asked for my lemonade and they told me that’s not what I chose on the app; the app does not give you all the options that they have in store. Then I used the free cookie deal and they forgot my cookie; I told them and they snapped at me saying I didn’t order a cookie until I had to point it out on my phone that I did.
