Complaint: Online order.. Took my money off card. Order didn’t go through. I want my $ back!

My complaint:

On Monday I did an online order for the walmart subway in hibbing. The $$ was taken off my card instantly. When I went to the location to pick up my order, the employee said they never got an online order from me. She mentioned gor me to call the other subway in town here to see if they received my online order, so I did the girl on the phone told me I was the 3rd person today to call saying their $ was taken off their card, but no order went through. I gave the employees st the subway in walmart in hibbing mn my name, , amount taken off my card. I was assured the manager (who runs both subways in town ) would get back to me today (Wed) … Shocker she didn’t. So I called the subway in town they informed me that the manager who runs BOTH stores only works on weds Fri!! (WHAT!?) so now I’m waiting for her to call me on Fri to get my money back… ??? Unbelievable…!!?? Its the principals… I want my $$ back I will never deal w subway AGAIN! Customer service… THERE iS NONE…
