My complaint:
Staff complaining about customers in front of them. Ordered a flat bread sandwich similar to the flatizza that you use to offer on the menu, staff refusing to put in box cause its not technically a pizza and made customer carry out on paper it was cooked on in the open! Staff states she cant keep wasting boxes!
Suggested solution:
If you want to complain about a customer dont do it in front if them and the rest of the customers. If customers ask for a box put in box if necessary we pay for our food it shouldn’t have to be carried out open!
