My complaint:

Went in to order and showed her my coupon on my phone for Buy 2 and get one footlong free. She looked at me and said we don’t have any. I said you don’t have any? Subway employee said Nope. I said you don’t have any footings? she said nope thats expired.I have the coupon in my hand and it expires 11-20-2020. I said that is current and she said not here. I told here that is false advertising and she just stood there and stared at me. I asked her her name and she told me Kenya. You just lost me as a customer.

Suggested solution:

She did not even try to even talk like a human being or look at what I had; do you want an employee like that?
