My complaint:

I ordered a pick up. Placed my order with this store..2 sandwiches, 2 salads, 5 cookies and 1 soda. The money was taken off my debt card for $39 and change. I arrived at the location within 8 minutes. And the store was already closed. The app said the store was open until 10 pm. The time on my clock was 9:40. All lights were out.when i went back to my order it said the location was closed choose a different location. All other locations wete closed.i should have never been able to place a order, and my card should not have been charged.

Suggested solution:

I want a full refund .i dont want a credit to the store. I would like the money returned to my card card.
