Subway complaint: Dissatisfied with the sandwiches

My complaint:

Where do I start 🙄my whole order was wrong, not to mention I order off the app.and my order is saved because for the most part I get the same thing,there was very little if any meat on all the sandwiches,they put unripe tomatoes on all the sandwiches,when I order the steak and cheese with NO TOMATOES!! my son is highly allergic to them. I gave him his sandwich not knowing there were tomatoes on it and him being 6 years old took a bite and now I am dealing with that 😡

So needless to say I am very upset…I have tried to call the store only to receive a message saying they are not available! I’ve tried to call corporate only to hear the same thing🤷I went to the subway website,only to again receive no help😡I am super frustrated at this time and would really like subway to make this right. Hopefully I don’t end up in the emergency room with my son because of someone not following directions!! Please reach out to me.

Suggested solution:

Replace my whole order!! And I will not order from this location again!!
