My complaint:
Ordered a sandwich and went to register to put my rewards number in and the man by passed me putting my info in. It went straight to payment. So I tapped my card and asked for my receipt so I could add my points to my account. I see a tip for $2.44 added automatically without my knowledge. I confronted the man and told him I didn’t add a tip. I paid attention to this only because this happened to my last week. He says that I chose that tip. But I didn’t.
Suggested solution:
Do an audit on this subway.
