My complaint:
Hi my name is Marissa. I ordered one sandwich from the Subway App Saturday September 12. Shortly after I called the store to cancel my order. When I spoke to a lady on the phone she said it was canceled. I used a Subway gift card so when I checked the balance I noticed she didn’t me any credit. I went to the store today September 15 and spoke to Ekrem the manager. He was very rude
and not helpful at all. I tried to show him proof from the online order but he did not even want to look at it. He told me there’s nothing he can do to help.
