Subway complaint: My sandwich was gross

My complaint:

I pre ordered a sub online and went to pick it up. When I got it home, they toasted everything even the lettuce and vegetables. It looked like it had been in a microwave. It was mush. I’m so upset. I said I wanted extra banana peppers and they put so many on there it’s not edible.

Suggested solution:

A $6.76 credit to another sandwich at another Subway.
