My complaint:
I would like to figure some sort of arrangement out with subway me and my fiance have been getting subway for the past 3 months here and there and Everytime they get my order wrong last order it was completely wrong and we hade to have them remake two sandwiches and the order I just got I spent 3 extra dollars on and didn’t get fresh monzerella with my pepper jack which I will post a picture as proof we have been very loyal and my family has worked with you guys but for some reason they don’t even read the requests that we send in nor does it get toasted half of the time. So please if you have any regard for this help us figure something because i know you may not be able to refund me the money I lost but something or anything would be great. Because it’s just a norm now to get our sandwiches wrong and I’m glad I caught are order wrong being on our last order because I was allergic to certain ingredients In the sandwich and they were in the sandwich but luckily they remade both of them even know we had to spend a ton of gas just to go back there.

I was ordering Subway a lot for a while but I had to stop efor a period of time for a few reasons. The biggest reason is they screw up my order often. I have been ordering on the app and picking up my order but I seem to think that may be contributing to the errors. I started ordering everything cold because the buns would literally crumble away when they heated it. I’m not sure if they are overcooking it or if the bun was stale.
