My complaint:
My wife got a 6 veggie sandwich from subway and as she took her first bite she saw a black insect which looked like an olive. But later she found it was an insect and when she confronted the store manager about this issue he removed that insect from the sandwich and than later said he dont see anything in sandwich but fortunately my wife already took the pictures of that sandwich and when she showed him the pictures he was being sorry and than just did a refund and thats it. So i would like to file a complain against this store manager before i file a law suit against subway. As it is a serious concern because my wife is pregnant and as she saw that she went to washroom for vomitting due to which her tummy nerves got stretched.
Suggested solution:
We should be compensated by subway or else we have to go through legal process to get this thing resolved.
