Subway complaint: Disrespectful and I also felt discrimination

My complaint:

My name Tangela Powell email address Tpowell0843@hotmail.com cellular phone number 786362-4501. On July 08, 2025, approximately 11:40am Transaction number 17A-1140526 Store 60233-0 (786) 359-4935. Dear Subway Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store I was first in line to be served, but the clerk, a Hispanic woman, skipped me and served another customer who was also Hispanic. When I pointed out that I was next, the clerk laughed and continued to ignore me. This made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected, especially as the only black customer in the store. I’m a regular customer at this location; I have never experienced such poor treatment. I was particularly disappointed that the manager on duty also did not speak English very well, making it difficult to communicate my concerns. No one in the store spoke English infact little to none. The store is located in a predominantly black area. They only hire Hispanic employees and it’s difficult to communicate with any of them. Served by:5781 Term ID Trans17A1140526 this assocate was very nice the one that waited on me it was the other ladie which refuse to give me her name.

Suggested solution:

I think that she should apologize if not maybe the should hire more people that speak both languages. I think it look really bad that they only hire one race. I appreciate your time and would like for you to notify the store and let them know about the incident so they treat everyone with kindness and respect.
