My complaint:

I used to go to this Subway at least once a week until the pandemic. I recently returned and the same employee did not wear a mask covering her nose both times. I didn’t say anything the first time, but yesterday I asked her courtesily to cover her nose with her mask. She pulled it up and snapped it, so it slipped down saying it wouldn’t stay up. I asked her again and she pulled it up so that it slipped down below her mouth. I walked out.

Better training and more supervision so that all employees practice required health practices.
