My complaint:
Went to restroom to wash hands, the paper towel dispenser wasn’t working. I mentioned it to store employee and was told they were waiting for the district manager to purchase batteries for the dispenser. Seriously? Only the district manager can buy batteries to allow people to wash and dry their hands properly and pen three door without containing to spread germs? A roll of paper towels cant be placed on the restroom for people to tear off and use? All this madness over Covid and common sense is thrown out the window?
Suggested solution:
At least place paper towel roll in the bathroom for customers to use. Maybe allow store manager to purchase batteries?
