My complaint:
Had a coupon buy 1 get 1 for 0.99 .which purchase of 20 ounce drink. Instead of 20 ounce drink i wanted to purchase a bottle drink. Which I was willing to pay extra. But the subway girl (Dimple) says you have to buy 20 ounce drink. Can’t give a bottle even you paying extra.
Suggested solution:
I'm not interested to buy open drink.
Want a bottle drink only. Even i have to pay some extra money.
