My complaint:
I’ve been to several subway locations within a 10 mile radius of this location and they all accept these coupons. This is about the third time this location has refused to accept coupons at this store. I went today (June 06, 2021) and inside they had a hand written sign posted on the glass stating they do not accept BOGO coupons and one other coupon. I asked and she said they do not take any BOGO coupons. I walked out shaking my head and wondering why only this location does this. I ,will no longer by subway sandwiches. Why do they print coupons if your not allowed to use them? Waste of my time to cut them out, go to the location and not honor these coupons.
Suggested solution:
Since this is not the first time this has happened at this location and have had to go every time some where else to get food, I think its only fair that they honor a couple free FOOT LONG SUBS.
