My complaint:
Whilst having my sub prepared the person preparing it was blatantly wearing his face covering ineffectively, in fact it sat below his top lip therefore not preventing
Possible virus droplets from spraying from his mouth and nose.
I find this totally unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
Ensure covid hygiene measures are adhered to.
