My complaint:
On 1242021 and 1252021 around 10 pm on each night the store had no cookies. If it’s 24 hours ther should be an option to either keep so many up within certain timeframes each day (2-3 hours) or to bake to order. Neither of those options are ever available but this store happens more likely than not. These last two days particularly.
Suggested solution:
Have cookies available between 9pm -12AM or bake to order. Should never be no cookies available, at ANY, time.
