My complaint:
Hello my name is Alex and I wanted to make a complaint about the price of the sandwich that I payed 4 today I paid for a BLT with avocado and the total was 14.92 I feel ripped off honestly because I’ve never had to pay the high price in my entire life I don’t think it’s right to be charging customers 1492 for 1 foot long sandwich at the most I should be charged 9.50 to 10.50 Maybe but the sandwich that I was charged for was 14.92.The lady said the avocado was $3 extra it should have only been $0.75 extra honestly hi I do feel kind of down and low because 14.92 for one sandwich is not right in my mind at all.
Suggested solution:
Please it would be nice to receive one free coupon for a free sandwich in a return with positivity I think that's fair truthfully I think it is the pandemic which is why the prices have changed but still that doesn't make an impact in the difference prices should still be the same maybe 9:50 to 10:50 at the most for a sandwich and not 14.92
