Complaint: Lack of masks on employees

My complaint:

I was in store 10296-0 on Saturday, December 05, 2020 at 2:31 p.m. Served by 3014 Term ID – Trans1A323360.

I was appalled that one employee (AA female with long blond and black braids) – who fixed my sandwich rang it up had on NO mask at all – – not even one hanging around her neck – – absolutely NOTHING!!!. The other (AA female) was not waiting on me, but another guest and her was pulled down so that it barely covered her mouth. Neither of them had on name tags. The woman who fixed my sandwich rang up the cashier then went on to wait on next customer. She didn’t even change her gloves between customer and or register. A few seconds later, she told me I could grab my receipt of the register if I wanted it. Of course, there was a tip option on the credit card receipt – – NO monetary tip from me – – but a verb tip would be to WEAR A MASK – – it was very disrespectful unhealthy to me and others!! I did not want to say anything to these women as I feel it would be more effective coming from you and your actions.

One final note, I also ordered 2 cookies (at 2:30 in the afternoon) – they were hard as a rock had obviously been sitting for a while.

I have been a customer at this Subway for many years and it is only about 2 miles from my house. For the foreseeable future, I will either fix my sandwich at home, or drive further to have a better experience..

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

At the very least, I think I should be compensated for the cost of the meal (($14.42) and I would like to know what happens to disciplined these women. I am not saying to relieve them from there duties - I know many people are experiencing financial difficulties; however, I would like to know the results of this email.
