My complaint:

I placed an order for 4 Subway sandwiches tonight, 3 – Foot Longs and 1 – 6 inch. When placing order, I cleared out all choices of items I wanted on each sandwich and placed orders, double-checking each and everyone before I put each into my cart. I checked again before sending order to be picked up. We live 20 miles out of town, so my husband picked up … each and every one of the sandwiches were wrong … they had the correct sandwich names, but added EVERYTHING to each and every one! PLUS not one of them had cheese on them! Very upsetting. Each of us has very definite likes and dislikes of certain things and it was very upsetting having to take items off the sandwiches and also realize, one of the main items ever on a sandwich, CHEESE, was not on any of them. This is not the first time we have had issues with pick-up orders from this same store.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I would hope that my complaint is made serious and that the management at this store is told about this. Right now my husband and mother-in-law are at the point of never ordering from Subway again. I am going to leave it to your discretion on how you want to deal with us regarding us ... maybe send us a coupon for a couple free sandwiches? I don't believe that is asking too much.
