Complaint: Paid way to much for them not to care

My complaint:

My favorite sandwich is the chicken bacon ranch. It has been since I was a teen and had my first job as a sandwich artist at my local subway. Tonight my husband decided to get us some dinner from there because it’s close to work. I text him my order word for word, it’s not complicated either. Italian bread, American cheese, chicken bacon ranch melt with ranch and salt and pepper. I don’t get it toasted or heated as I always order a FT long and eat one half for dinner and the other half for lunch next day. Smart right? Well tonight, whoever made our sandwich just did not care. They put bacon and chicken on my nearly $10 sandwich. Just bacon and chicken. No cheese, no ranch, not even salt and pepper. I tried calling to see if we could have our sandwiches remade as I didn’t want to drive down there and be turned away. But the number is out of service. Found another number for the business, and no one answered. I love subway, more than most people, but this incident of someone simply not caring, is just uncalled for. The only reason I’m complaining on here is because I cannot get in touch with the local subway to talk with them. This is simply terrible customer service. You may view me as a Karen, but when you’ve have a really terrible day and you’re looking forward to a delicious dinner and it’s just not as expected, it can really set you off. I’m so sorry to even be doing this.

Suggested solution:

Fix the local subway’s number.
Find employees that actually care about making the customers food properly. You never know how just doing your job correctly can make someone’s night.
