My complaint:

went in to order and the lady behind the counter didn’t even have her mask on and then she half way put it on with her nose sticking out. Then told me she couldn’t serve me because I didn’t have a mask on , I informed her I habe a health condition that prevents me from wearing a mask, she said her manager said she can’t serve me. How can’t you serve someone with a health issue , especially when the people behind the counter that work there half wear a mask them selves.

Suggested solution:

Understand that you can't refuse service to someone with a health issue that prevents them from wearing a mask. Or be a hypocrite because your employee was not wearing a mask either.
